Q. Are there any discounts on rent?
A. We offer many discounts to give you a value for your rental booking with us.
Super Discounts on MONTHLY or LONGER rentals – Peak and Non-Peak Season

20% Discount on a fourteen night rental in our Off - Peak Season
10% Discount on a seven night rental in our Off - Peak Season
 5% Discount on a four night rental in our Off - Peak Season


Q. How do we get access to the condominium?
A. Upon receipt of your final payment, a letter of admission will be sent to you and a copy faxed to the Administration office announcing your arrival dates, departure dates and the names of all in your party who will be staying in the condominium.


Q. Is there wireless internet if I bring down a laptop?
A. The building provides wireless internet.


Q. How do we turn on the electric and water in the condominium?
A. Upon your arrival our Bellboy will bring up your luggage and turn on the master electric breaker and turn on the water to the condominium. Please use the air conditioning only when you are in the condominium. Let’s all work on conserving energy!


Q. Are there ceiling fans in the condominium?
A. Ceiling fans are in each condominium. Usually there is a ceiling fan in each bedroom and in the living room area. 


Q. What time does the pool open and close?
A. Access to the pool is between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00pm in the evening. It is closed during the night to avert potential accidents and drowning.


Q. What if we would like to grill out?
A. The building provides metal commercial grade grills for your usage. You have to supply the charcoal. Tables and seating are provided under the palm tree roof Palapa.


Q. What if an appliance fails to work / function?
A. Please contact Ada in the Administration Office (or the Front Desk) and she will have our service contract company fix the problem immediately.


Q. Do we have to bring linen or towels?
A. The condominium has usually 3 to 4 sets of bed linen. There are the usual washcloths, hand towels, and beach towels in the linen closet.


Q. Where can we do our laundry?
A. Most condos have their own washer and dryer. Soap and bleach are provided and we ask that before you leave to replenish it so that the next guest has this available to them. The building has laundry facilities.


Q. Is there hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, hair conditioner, and paper towels?
A. Each condominium has a weeks supply of all these items. They were provided so that upon arrival you do not have to go shopping immediately. We ask that if you use, you replace for the next guest. Thank you!


Q. Can I bring up or have the restaurant send a meal up to the condo?
A. Emilio will be pleased to have one of his waiters cater to your every need. Don’t forget it is just as easy to eat pool-side so as to not disturb your tanning time.


Q. Is there a workout/gym or billiard room to use?
A. There is a workout/gym located on the floor with a spectacular view of the bay through floor to ceiling glass windows. Next to the gym is the billiard room which is open 24/7 for your pleasure.


Q. Are we responsible to turn off the electric and water when we leave? 
A.Our maid will take care of this for you.


Q. We have been told “DON’T DRINK THE WATER”
A. The water in the building is tested monthly. However, not everyone is acclimated, so we have purified bottle water brought up to the condominium for your stay. Upon arrival just tell the Front Desk to have our Bellboy bring up a 5 gallon bottle.


Q. What do we do if we have a problem?
A. Our building Front Desk staff can handle the majority of problems that arise.  If needed they will be in immediately contact with us. We provide our Toll Free Number to all our guests!
